Entry: one entry per wallet. Entering burns 100 LURE through the Contest contract 0x437591D89Ae0a8C4e91Ce931E13f8B49682Bb84f on Base (season 1). Burned LURE is destroyed; it is not pooled and does not go to iLure. LURE is earned only by buying from iLure (one LURE per US dollar) or received from another holder; iLure never sells it.
Who may enter: residents of Singapore, and of other places where a business may lawfully run a promotional draw of this kind. Entrants declare their country when entering; the declaration is recorded on chain. Residents of the United States may not enter and the contract refuses that declaration. iLure may decline to ship a prize where it cannot lawfully do so, in which case the entry's 100 LURE is re-issued.
Window: entries open when the season is created on chain and close at 23:59 Singapore time on 31 January 2027 (15:59 UTC). The contract rejects entries outside the window.
Selection: the winner is the entrant at position (H mod N) in the on-chain entrants list, counting from zero, where N is the number of entries and H is the hash of the first Base block whose timestamp is at or after 16:00 UTC on 31 January 2027, read as an unsigned 256-bit integer. Anyone can recompute this from public data. The judge records the winner on chain with settle(); a 7-day dispute window follows; then finalize().
Publication: the entrants list (wallet, entry number, time) is public on the LURE page and on chain while the draw is open. The winning wallet is published the same way. iLure contacts the winner by the email on their most recent order, or they may write to do@i-lure.com from a message signed by the winning wallet.
No cash alternative. Not open to iLure staff or their households. iLure may cancel the season before settlement for a stated reason, in which case every entry's 100 LURE is re-issued. LURE has no cash value with iLure and is not an investment.
