iLure Launch Draw — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the launch date published on the Promotion page and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 30 December 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. How to Enter
(a) Purchase entry. During the Promotion Period, place an order at www.i-lure.com with a merchandise subtotal of US$500.00 or more (excluding taxes, shipping and any discounts). Each qualifying order receives one (1) entry. Your Shopify order number is your entry number and appears on your order confirmation email.
(b) Free entry — no purchase necessary. To enter without making a purchase, send an email to info@i-lure.com with the subject line "FREE ENTRY" and include your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number. Limit one (1) free entry per person per calendar week during the Promotion Period. Free entries receive the same weighting in the drawing as purchase entries.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by any means other than those described above will be void. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back before the drawing date will have their associated entry voided.
5. Prize
One (1) grand prize: an Emerald Cut Lab Grown Diamond Eternity Ring in 14k White Gold, 6 cttw, F/G colour, VS2 clarity. Approximate retail value (ARV): US$4,146.99. Prize includes delivery to a valid address within the eligible territory, and will be supplied in the winner's stated ring size subject to availability. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Drawing and Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on 31 December 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be performed using RANDOM.ORG's third-party randomiser, which produces a publicly verifiable record of the draw. The verification record will be published alongside the winner announcement so that any entrant may independently confirm the result.
8. Winner Notification and Announcement
The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winning entry number and the verification record will be published on the iLure Launch Draw page at www.i-lure.com. The winner's full name will not be published without their consent; the winning entry number will be published in all cases.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, in which case the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
10. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the iLure Privacy Policy, available at www.i-lure.com. Entry information will be used for the administration of this Promotion.
11. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner after the drawing, email info@i-lure.com with the subject line "WINNER LIST".
